Contact the business for more information about recent service changes. Room was nice but toilet was gross, sink dripped, toilet ran and room was not stocked properly. No sanitized remotes for tv. Front desk was not helpful in redeeming gift certificate. No restaurants close by and not very conveniently located. Inside looked much better than we thought though. No curb appeal. The alarm clock went off at midnight. Housekeeping should check that each time. We had a room on the second floor, there is no elevator so if you cant do stairs ask for a first floor room. The Ice machine on the second floor did not work and we had to go downstairs to get ice. There was paint on the bathtub surround, the toilet ran, the shower head was just a pipe thru the wall with the shower head attached. They did not close up the gap. The headboard looked to be leftover from the 70s. If you need another towel they make you bring the dirty one down to trade it in. Towels being stolen must be an issue for them. They did have the standard breakfast..cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, oatmeal, sausage, and those eggs that are strangely round. I did not use the workout area but it was across from the breakfast area and had an elliptical and treadmill. The pool was closed but does need some work done on it as well. The drive into downtown Dallas was not bad at all. Very little traffic and only about 10-15 minutes depending on where you are going. The price travelers are charged for rooms these days I do have high expectations and I do not feel this hotel met up to them. Probably would not stay here again. Very nice professional staff. Comfortable amenities from the entrance, front desk, to the room. Excellent fitness center, pool and breakfast area. Breaking is got and ready by coutious and attentive staff. They had breakfast ready when we needed it, space for all of our activities, and were never hesitant to help us! Very impressed with their services!
